Early Career Foundations
Fahad Alhosani began his legal career in 2008 at the Public Prosecution Office in Dubai, where he gained over five years of hands-on experience in criminal investigations, particularly within the Narcotics Division. This role gave him deep insights into legal procedures, investigation techniques, and the criminal justice system.
He then transitioned to the Dubai Courts, where he worked in the Execution Department and Settlements Division, dealing with enforcement of judgments and settlement of disputes. These roles provided him with practical, front-line exposure to how legal decisions are implemented and enforced in real-world scenarios.
Private Practice & Leadership
In 2017, Fahad founded Aladala for Notary Services, a firm officially registered with the Dubai Courts and the Ministry of Justice. After completing the UAE Lawyers’ Training Program, he earned his license as a lawyer and notary public.
He later joined Alhosani Advocates & Legal Consultants, where he further honed his legal expertise.
Building on this experience and his commitment to delivering exceptional legal services, Fahad eventually founded Fahad Alhosani Advocates & Legal Consultants L.L.C. Today, as Managing Partner, he leads a dedicated team of lawyers and consultants, emphasizing clarity, accountability, and client-focused results.
